Responsibilities & Duties:
· Coordinate all Documentation for Transport
· Obtain Tracking Updates for Staff & Clients for all Current Orders
· Follow up Vendors and Clients to ensure Documentation Deadlines are meet or superseded
· Daily Log of Events/Milestones
· File, Copying, Scanning
· Answering Phones & Forwarding Calls (not be scared to answer the phone)
· 100 emails a day (Corresponding with Drivers, Warehouses etc – 2 Line Emails that take 30 seconds / as fast as sending a text)
INTERVIEW WILL INCLUDE HANDS ON PORTION WHERE WE CAN SEE AND TEST YOUR COMPUTER SKILLS
