Your tasks:

• Dunning process, correspondence regarding dunning notices, complaints regarding dunning notices as instructed
• Contact with all business partners and customers
• They help with the daily cash register reconciliation.
• Acceptance and inspection of deliveries
• Personal and telephone consultation
• Process incoming and outgoing mail

Your profile:

• Solid knowledge of the common Microsoft Office programs
• Affinity for numbers
• Prior professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Good German skills
• Constant friendliness
• Independent working style
