WHAT YOU’LL BRING;

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, focus and care to their work. You’ll need to be confident using computers and systems, especially when switching between different platforms. You’ll be comfortable working with data and know how to check that everything is accurate and complete before moving forward.
You’ll have experience working in an office environment where deadlines matter. You’ll know how to manage your time and keep track of tasks so that nothing gets missed. You’ll be someone who spots problems early and takes action to fix them or raise them with the right people.
You’ll be clear and professional when speaking or writing to others. You’ll know how to explain things simply and how to listen carefully. You’ll be used to working with different teams and understand the importance of building good relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors.
You’ll be confident working with email and know how to keep your inbox organised. You’ll be familiar with tools like Excel and able to update trackers and reports without fuss. You’ll also be happy to learn new systems and follow processes that help the wider team succeed.
Above all, you’ll take pride in doing things well. You’ll be someone who pays attention to detail, works steadily and supports others when needed.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping things organised. If you’re confident using systems, good with details, and like helping others, this could be the role for you.
As a Work Administrator, you’ll be part of a busy team that supports our telecoms projects. You’ll speak to customers and colleagues, answer questions, and make sure tasks are completed on time. You’ll use different systems to check progress, raise issues, and keep everyone updated.
You’ll look at the information we receive and make sure it’s correct. You’ll also check the work done by our teams and subcontractors to make sure it meets the right standards. You’ll manage your own emails and help with group inboxes too.
You’ll build strong relationships with people inside and outside the company. You’ll use tools like Excel and other systems to keep track of work and share updates.
