OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the office environment of our cleaning company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office or clerical experience is essential
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
  • Administrative experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Driving licence essential

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Create and email monthly newsletters
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives
