Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an organized and efficient Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the marketing team in our B2B bakery ingredients business of IFFCO Group.
This role focuses on administrative tasks and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting marketing efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the marketing team.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize marketing materials, project files, and reports.
- Label & Artwork Management: Make the necessary coordination for the creation of product labels with the design agency.
- Data Analysis & Management: Update and manage key customer data in CRM systems in addition to publishing regular sales reports.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and workshops, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and promotional items.
- Purchase Orders: Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for marketing activities.
- Team Assistance: Provide general support for the marketing team, including preparing presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.
KPIs
- Ensure 100% of administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, documentation, labels creation) by assigned deadlines.
- Successfully coordinate assigned event logistics with minimal issues or delays.
- Respond to and resolve vendor inquiries within 24–48 hours on 95% of occasions.
- Process invoices and purchase orders with 100% compliance to internal guidelines and deadlines.
Work experience requirement
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ MBA in Marketing, Business Administration
