We’re looking for a HR Administrator to join our team on a 15-month maternity cover contract. This is a full-time position, working 8am to 5pm, based at our office in Wisbech. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the HR team and assist with a variety of HR tasks to ensure smooth processes and accurate record-keeping.

  • Experienced in working with data and producing reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Analytical approach to tasks.
  • Strong IT user.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, whilst taking initiative on task.

Responsibilities
  • Collect data and ensure alignment between the system and HR/payroll needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of the HR information system.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR data within the system.
  • Provide accurate and efficient HR administration throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Produce HR audits, interrogating data using in-house systems and Excel.
  • Produce accurate reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Recruitment screening.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Payroll and HR administration.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy.
  • Support payroll with administering Employee benefits.
