QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Previous office-based experience in an administrative capacity (sales environment desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with professional phone etiquette.
  • Accurate and efficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high standard of work.

  • Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support sales processes by tracking financial records, maintaining sales reports, and assisting with order processing.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar management for the sales team.
  • Organise and maintain an efficient filing system for quick retrieval of information.
