Morya Cars is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Rental Administrator with 5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the rental business.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in car rental administration or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of car rental software and office tools (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules and legal documentation.
  • Team leadership and training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily car rental bookings, returns, and reservations.
  • Coordinate with customers for rental agreements, pickup/drop-off scheduling, and vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, vehicle usage, and billing.
  • Monitor fleet availability, service schedules, and ensure timely maintenance of vehicles.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for rental activities and revenue tracking.
  • Supervise junior staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation for insurance, registration, and vehicle compliance.
  • Support the sales team in promoting rental services and upselling additional offerings.
