Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Administrator—someone who understands both company-wide accounting and the financial intricacies of design and fit‑out projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience—preferably in an interior fit‑out or construction company
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, FTA regulations
  • Hands-on with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) & MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting for the company and projects, and generate monthly/quarterly financial reports, balance sheet, and project cost analyses
  • Prepare/submit VAT returns following FTA protocols
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable and liaison with vendors and clients
  • Oversee routine administrative tasks—document management, renewals, approvals, office supplies, etc.
  • Maintain records of project documentation, insurance, contract expiries, and ensure timely renewals
