On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking an Administrator for a 6-month contract initially, with the possibility of extension, working within Mail Processing & Logistics Team at Nationwide House, Swindon.

Responsibilities

This role will play a critical part in processing applications, sorting and verifying customer documents, and supporting the wider inbound team as we continue to deliver excellent service post-launch.
As part of the team, you will assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient mail processing and providing support for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Mail Processing: Sort large volumes of mail and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
· Application Processing: Review and key customer information from applications that come through the postal network.
· Document Verification: Verify customer documents to ensure they meet required standards.
· Team Support: Work alongside the wider inbound team, assisting with any additional administrative tasks and support as needed.
· Customer Inquiries: Handle any customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate responses.
