YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Administration experience
· Minute taking experience
· NHS experience (essential)
· IAPT (Talking therapies) / mental health admin experience (highly desirable)
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Provide an efficient and affective administrative service to the team members of the Birmingham Healthy Minds Teams across Birmingham. To operate within the Team’s systems and contribute as part of a wider administration / secretarial team.
· Act as first point of contact for patients and visitors to the Team including fielding calls and taking and disseminating messages
· Service outpatient clinics utilising both Trust patient information and in-house systems
· Responsible for co-ordinating and updating room bookings for the Team
· Taking of minutes for meetings and circulating appropriate documentation as and when required
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
