YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Administration experience
· Strong attention to detail
· NHS experience (desirable)
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Reporting to the Office Manager you will work with the Administration Team providing support for the Community CAMHS teams. This is a role which will require the post holder to work flexibly
· Be a focal point of contact for all users of the building and to liaise appropriate with the security, estates, facilities and external contractors when required and maintain visitors log
· Accurately format patient reports and letters and distribute to addressees and copies complete as required. Upload all information to patient healthcare records database
· Respond appropriately to external telephone queries from patients, families and professionals.
· Arrange appointments for patients as requested, sending confirmation texts, letters or MS Teams appointment links from CAMHS Bookings Calendar. Update patient healthcare records database with appointment(s).
· Provide diary management for team members and book clinic rooms as required
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
