Job Title: Administrator
Location: Widnes
Hours: Monday to Friday
Shift patterns: 37.5 Hrs per week between 8.00am - 6.00pm with 1 hour lunch
Trust Location: Widnes Health Care Resource Centre, Caldwell Road, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 7GD
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
· Communications skills- both verbal and written
· Excellent telephone manner
· Experience in a similar role
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
· Responsible for processing and maintaining accurate records of all referrals to the service
· Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to the Service and undertake word processing and photocopying as directed.
· Provide clerical support at service meetings to ensure accurate record of meetings are maintained.
· Have an awareness and ability to utilise different computer programmes to support with the production of reports and information e.g. spreadsheets, graphs, illustration.
· Handle telephone enquiries and messages, providing information where appropriate and ensuring that the appropriate members of staff are fully informed.
