YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Administration duties
· Strong attention to detail
· NHS experience (desirable)
· Self-motivated and flexible with excellent organisational skills
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Booking/Arranging appointments (can be complex for multiple people)
· General admin tasks – tidying documents, booking meeting rooms (internal), collating annual leave
· Arranging IT collections/deliveries, sending out information emails etc
· Pulling together agendas for meetings and typing of letters
· Attending and minuting of meetings
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
