YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Administration experience
· Strong attention to detail
· NHS experience (desirable)
· Minute taking experience
· Competent with Microsoft office programmes
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· To provide an efficient and affective administrative service to the team members of the Birmingham Healthy Minds Teams across Birmingham. To operate within the Team’s systems and contribute as part of a wider administration / secretarial team
· Act as first point of contact for patients and visitors to the Team including fielding calls and taking and disseminating messages
· Cancel appointments for practitioner’s when client are unable to attend
· Responsible for booking and maintaining a log of requests for interpreting service, Responsible for processing/data entry of referrals in a timely manner in accordance with Trust policy and procedure
· Taking of minutes for meetings and circulating appropriate documentation as and when required.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
