JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic organised, innovative individual to join our growing team at an exciting time with the PCN.
The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication to ensure excellent communication is maintained with the team and wider colleagues. The successful applicant will maintain and prioritise a busy workload for self in the short and long term and will have a sound knowledge of Windows, MS Office, be IT literate and used to using social media platforms and can adapt to new software’s easily. They will have a flexible approach and be adaptable to a changing environment, they must be a great team player and have a good sense of humour!
The PCN administrator will support the Core PCN Team, with general administrative duties, including supporting PCN meetings, finance and HR admin, and the collection and presentation of Data for the PCN. The position will provide fluidity to manage day to day administrative functions and activities as necessary within the PCN.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The PCN Administrator is required to:

  • Provide direct support to the Core PCN Team
  • Organise all meetings, and carry out all related admin.
  • Provide admin support for projects and initiatives.
  • Collecting and collating data as required using local systems.

maintenance of general standards of cleanliness consistent with the scope of the job holder’s role.

  • Undertaking periodic infection control training (minimum annually).
  • Reporting potential risks identified.
  • Demonstrate due regard for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
