We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our Lettings Agency. You will be responsible for various administrative and reception tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will need excellent organizational and time management skills, and be proficient in using office software and social media.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Deal with phone calls and e mails
- Process invoices and payments
- Manage the social media pages of the company
- Communicate with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Maintain an organized electronic and paper filing system
- Use Microsoft and Google Suite for email communication and document management
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use social media such as facebook and instagram
- Ability to work unsupervised
This role offers the opportunity to join a Lettings Agency based in the historic Royal William Yard. The successful applicant will also receive free membership of the onsite BLOCK gym and a staff discount in the BLOCK cafe.
