Admin Support– Motor Trade
Salary: £27,000
Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, days, Monday to Friday

My client is recruiting for an experienced Administrator for their award-winning contact centre in Hinckley We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as Prep Admin Support. This role is essential in supporting vehicle preparation, documentation, and logistics for auction and recall vehicles.

Administrator

  • To be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about purchasing a new vehicle
  • Answering inbound / outbound sales query calls
  • Converting leads into appointments
  • Follow up via email / telephone
  • Delivering excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities: Administrator

  • Conduct daily vehicle audits and document auction vehicles
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection schedules
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery (fuel/charge)
  • Book vehicles for outsource and recall appointments and update internal systems (Vauto)
  • Liaise with dealerships to manage repair estimates and final invoicing
  • Produce weekly recall reports and track outstanding appointments
  • Arrange vehicle transportation and MOT bookings
  • Support site visits and ensure vehicle compliance for inspection
  • Assist with Tesla coordination and mobile repair bookings

Ideal Candidate: Administrator

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Confident in using systems such as Vauto
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise with various departments
  • Experience in an automotive or administrative environment is a plus
  • 42.5 Hours per week Monday-Friday
