In this role, you will be the voice and face of our company, ensuring that clients, colleagues, vendors, and visitors feel welcomed and well taken care of. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with vendors, support services, and internal departments regarding office management and office setup. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities services to ensure smooth operations. Receive and route all incoming calls, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and manage couriers. Organize business trips, meetings, and company events efficiently. Log, sort, and coordinate mail and shipments. Provide secretarial support, including preparing reports and drafting minutes of meetings. Assist with photocopying, transcribing, and faxing as required. Support administrative tasks related to mobile devices and attendance logs. Qualifications College or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Previous administrative experience, preferably in an international company, is a plus. Full working proficiency in German and English. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multi-task, take initiative, and act proactively. Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with care.
