The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hospital functions on a designated shift. He/she confers with the nursing staff, physician and other department personnel as necessary to meet the overall needs of the patients. Informs the hospital administrator on call of any situations that may require attention. Manages staffing to provide continuity of professional care. Associate's degree in Nursing Two years experience in acute care facility. FL RN License, BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
