ADMINISTRATOR – 9-MONTH FTC (MATERNITY COVER)

Location: Dublin 2
Salary: €25,000 - €29,000 DOE
Hours: Mon to Thurs 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM | Fri 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: End of July 2024
Contract Duration: 9 months, with potential for extension

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years’ experience in a professional services environment (ideally 2-3 years)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Well-spoken, professional, and friendly manner on the phone and in person
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and spoken English

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the daily operations of the office, working closely with the team
  • Manage and update client database records
  • Draft, proofread, and format reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Take minutes during meetings as required
  • Handle general office duties: filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Use SAGE Coretime for project codes and new client setup
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and student accountants
  • Cover reception duties during annual leave
  • Support the Administration Assistant during leave periods
  • Provide relief support for the department
  • Opportunity to assist with bookkeeping tasks such as posting invoices, cash allocations, and bank reconciliations (optional)
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed
