JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Refinery Administrator who will play a key role in managing the invoice processing, sales orders, and coordination of the production processes at Emirates Refinery. The ideal candidate should have experience in the refinery or manufacturing industry and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a refinery, manufacturing, or lubricants industry.
  • Solid understanding of sales order processing, invoice management, and production coordination.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
