Job Description This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence across People & Culture functions by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of key payroll operational processes. The incumbent will manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with a focus on precision, confidentiality, and adherence to statutory requirements; maintain and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide reliable people data that supports strategic workforce planning and decision-making; and produce high-quality reports that translate HR metrics into actionable insights for leadership, compliance, and audit readiness. Qualifications First Degree Field of Study: Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting or any other related field Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) Experience Required 2-3 years Hands on experience on payroll management Experience working with multinational payroll processing with over 1000 employees, Strong in MIS SAP knowledge will be an added advantage Experience in banking and financial sector will be an added advantage Additional Information Behavioural Competencies: Documenting Facts Interpreting Data Managing Tasks Making Decisions Interacting with People Technical Competencies: Continuous Improvement Operations Risk Management Management of Audits (Internal& External) Report Writing Skills Data Analytical Skills Statutory Reporting
