Administrator (Part‑Time) Location: Truro HQ (Hybrid Working) Contract: Permanent Working Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week (2.5 full days or spread across 4–5 days - flexible) Salary: Circa £26,000 - £28,000 FTE (dependent on experience, pro-rated) Join Kensa and Help Build a Greener Future We’re looking for a part‑time Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Drilling Team, helping to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent organisation. Key Responsibilities As our Administrator, you will: Maintain and update team databases, spreadsheets and operational records. Process expenses in line with company procedures. Book travel and accommodation for the drilling team. Manage document control including creation, formatting, filing, archiving and version management. Support inbox and diary management. Carry out general administrative duties (filing, scanning, printing, document preparation). Provide flexible, ad‑hoc support to meet the changing needs of the team. Handle confidential information with professionalism. About you: We’re looking for someone with: Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues at all levels.
