HOURS:

This is a part time time role, working 24 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5pm. We are looking for someone to work 4 days, and we can be flexible on the non working day, as well as start and finish times.

OUR NEW ADMINISTRATOR WILL IDEALLY HAVE:

  • Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage (hospital, GP practice etc)
  • Any knowledge of SystmOne would be a bonus!
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
  • Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
  • Provide a high quality admin service to the wider healthcare team as required
  • Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting
  • Arrange internal and external medical appointments for patients
