Role Purpose

  • To ensure a high level of service to all learners, staff and external agencies by working as part of Partners in Bristol.
  • Manage Partners in Bristol’s reception desk.
  • To provide support to the administration team and IAG & Progression Team
  • Managing Partners in Bristol emails and telephone calls ensuring these are responded to in a timely & professional manner.
  • Completing enrolment and sign up of learners.
  • Using various IT systems.
  • Support tutors with day to day activities including student travel and general queries.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. To manage Partners in Bristol reception desk, meeting and greeting visitors ensuring they sign in and provide front line support to students, tutors, colleagues and external stakeholders
  2. Ensure that Partners in Bristol’s reception area has a high level of customer service at all times
  3. Assist in ensuring that effective marketing is displayed in all areas.
  4. Managing the PIB inboxes ensuring these are responded to in a timely manner
  5. Support tutors by attending classes and providing student travel tickets and recording on the system.
  6. Directing learners to classrooms on their 1st day of learning.
  7. Answering incoming telephone calls
  8. Part of the team ensuring the building is safely opened and closed each day.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £24,762.00-£26,762.00 per year
