Responsibilities

THE PREFERRED LOCATION FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE IN SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN.

The North American Human Resource Solution Center (HRSC) supports 30,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada in areas related to benefits and pension administration, payroll and timekeeping, and record keeping and reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support Payroll Data entries with accuracy and required controls
  • Use Nutrien system (SAP) from mass load entries
  • Perform necessary checks and reconciliations to confirm accuracy and desired results
  • Support Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
  • Safeguard employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information
  • Process Third Party payments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees who are seeking additional information or redirecting as appropriate
  • Respond to HR administrator or client inquiries, primarily through phone and email channels
  • Support a variety of projects within the HR Solution Center, including flexibility to support different service lines during peak season
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, such as process documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and problem-solving
