Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATOR WILL INVOLVE:

  • You’ll spend time supporting the school and ensuring it runs smoothly day to day. Working closely with the teachers, the therapy team and teaching assistants with any support they require and to ensure inclusion and safeguarding takes place across the school.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, when parents call in, you’ll be the first voice they here. You’ll be logging when pupils are absent, taking enquiries about prospective pupils, and being the first friendly face visitors see when they sign in.
  • You’ll attend employee meetings, as directed including supervisions, appraisals etc. taking accurate minutes during meetings, distributing and maintaining records.Play a crucial role in maintaining accurate school records, assisting with inspections, audits and taking the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality of records & information in day-to-day communication. You’ll also need to understand when certain information may need to be passed on and escalated.
