Description

Do you pride at being an admin superstar? Come be a part of a pivotal team that serves our wider Plunket whānau. We’re seeking the support of a Permanent Full time Administrator (38 hours per week) in our Christchurch office.

HE KŌRERO MŌU | ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to take initiative. If you’re someone who thrives on giving great service, using your initiative and bringing a great attitude to an evolving environment, you will enjoy this role. As a critical part of our front-line team, being able to quickly build rapport and gain trust will be the key to your success. While ensuring quality interactions and that whānau can see the value in our service, you will also be confident in being able to work at pace and find the details you need to reach and engage with whānau.
You will be comfortable with change and excited to join our team on a journey as we move to working as a national team.
This is a predominantly phone-based position, so confidence and empathy will be key. Prior experience working in a call centre would be advantageous, alongside a hunger to be able to play a key part in our pro-equity journey by ensuring our communities thrive. If you are a team player, quick learner and dare to dive into the unfamiliar, then we would love to hear from you.
We expect and encourage all Plunket people to live our values; kia māia – to be courageous, kia Māhaki – to be humble, kia manaaki – to care and kia tūhono – to stand in relationship.
