In this pivotal role you will provide essential support to undergraduate and postgraduate academic teaching staff and students. The vacancy is in the Politics programme in the School of Social Sciences Key tasks include: • Delivering comprehensive administrative support across the Division. • Responding to student or visitor enquiries. • Offering administrative assistance with teaching support, meeting administration, coordinating events. • Managing office supplies, maintaining systems, and ensuring a well-organised workspace. • Handling inquiries, meeting arrangements, minute-taking, and other office duties as required. • Financial tasks including purchase card reconciliation, reimbursements, purchasing and invoicing.
