DESCRIPTION

Daffodil House is looking for an Administrator to join the team. This role is part-time, working 30 hours per week.
Priory Daffodil House is a 9-bed residential service in Pontypridd, South Wales. We provide support to males and females between the ages of 18 and 65, who are on the autistic spectrum, who may also be presenting with complex needs. We aim to help residents create and achieve goals in order to lead a fulfilled and enriched life.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

You will also:

  • Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support (documents, reports, diary management, payroll, petty cash).
  • Handle recruitment processes and greet visitors.
  • Manage and prioritise internal and external enquiries, escalating when needed.
  • Ensure all information and documents comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails and up-to-date records.
  • Update staff, residents, and database records with accuracy.
