DESCRIPTION

Priory Eden House is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This is a part time/ 17.5 hours role.
Residential Addiction’s care – helping our clients to rediscover life beyond addiction. Eden House is the first service in our brand new Division of Residential Addictions. Branded under “Flourish”, Eden House will be the first Priory therapy-led residential programme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviours.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

  • Greets and assists patients and visitors, providing directions and answering general inquiries.
  • Supervises non-clinical departments, including finance, HR, facilities, and IT services.
  • Schedules and manages appointments, coordinating with medical staff and updating calendars.
  • Handles incoming calls and messages, directing them to appropriate person.
  • Maintains patient records and registration systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

The ideal candidate should have experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
