DESCRIPTION
Priory Supported Living London and Home Counties - West Drayton is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This is a full time 40 hours role.
Priory Supported Living London and Home Counties provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.
The support provided by our service is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves. We can provide support up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including 1:1 support.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
You can find additional information in the attached job description.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with strong English, numeracy, and excellent keyboard and PC skills, including basic proficiency in Word and Excel. They will have exceptional organisational, reception, and clerical abilities, with the confidence to prioritise their own work while referring complex issues to a manager. A flexible approach to problem solving is important, and previous experience in an administrative, customer service, clinical, educational, or similar setting is required.
For more information about the role, you can email AnniaMarowa@priorygroup.com
We want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role. You will be well supported with regular career conversations. We also offer full training and numerous pathways into leadership and qualified clinical positions to help you shape your career with us.
