As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our office, ensuring everything operates seamlessly. Your key responsibilities will includes:
Sending out all relevant tenancy documentation using our custom developed CRM and processes.
Reviewing submitted documents against a compliance checklist.
Carrying out necessary right to rent checks.
Liaising with all departments within our company to ensure time frames and deadlines are being met.
