Our client, Armour Security, is seeking a capable and well-organised Administrator to join their close-knit team based in Edmonton.
This is a key role supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. You’ll be working alongside another full-time and part-time administrator, as well as a team of engineers, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Administrator, the role:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and customer queries with professionalism
  • Respond to emails promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate engineers’ diaries and manage appointment bookings
  • Process and file engineers’ paperwork and job notes
  • Generate accurate invoices based on completed reports
  • Send out service reminders and routine customer communications
  • Scan and upload documents to the electronic filing system
  • Collaborate with engineers and the admin team to ensure operational flow
  • Assist with general office tasks as required

Administrator, the person:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a service-based or operationally focussed environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Confident managing appointments, diaries, and job tracking
  • Comfortable handling large volumes of admin tasks and working to structured processes
  • Familiarity with liaising with technical field staff (e.g. engineers)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Reliable, proactive, and supportive team player
