We are on the lookout for an organised, enthusiastic Administrator to support both our client and our Reception team. This is a brilliant opportunity to get involved in facilities and front-of-house coordination. No two days are the same!
Our client? One of the world’s biggest names in tech – known for innovation in mobile devices, computers, music, and online services.
Contract type: Full-time, 1-year Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
Location: Battersea, with some flexibility to work from home (based on business needs)

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and helping with ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Supporting our Reception team with meeting room bookings and guest registration
  • Handling daily admin, scheduling, and internal communications
  • Assisting with coordination of building services (security, cleaning, etc.)
  • Helping with small projects and keeping things running smoothly
  • Liaising with clients and providing consistent, high-quality support
