Experience:

  • Reception and Admin: 1 year (preferred
Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Benvie Care Home.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
  • Provide support to staff and visitors as required.
  • Note taker at meetings
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records of the care home in line with company policies and procedures, using computer and manual systems
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including but not limited to, filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
