We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our front office and supporting agents with day-to-day operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (property or professional services background desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident using email, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
  • Experienced in Audio Transcribing
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to office dress code.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the first point of contact for clients and enquirers, you will play an important role in representing the company in a professional and welcoming manner. Your responsibilities will cover administration, supporting agents, surveyors and directors and front-of-house duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a professional, presentable, and welcoming reception service at all times.
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, telephone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Handle telephone, email, and in-person enquiries, providing property information or directing queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Support Agents and Directors with administrative tasks such as Audio transcribing.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and correspondence management.
  • Assist with booking and managing residential property viewings and agent diaries.
  • Manage incoming post, voicemails, and messages ensuring timely distribution to the relevant agents.
  • Coordinate and manage online property listings and advertisements.
