Responsibilities:
- Meeting, counseling and patients support, providing a high level of service;
- Registering patients for appointments, coordinating doctors’ schedules;
- Maintaining medical records, execution of contracts and receipts;
- Receiving telephone calls, providing comprehensive information about the services provided;
- Maintaining order and comfort in waiting areas, doctor’s offices and toilet rooms;
- Interaction with cleaning and maintenance services;
- Providing individualized care to each patient;
- Ensuring compliance with the highest standards of service and quality of care;
- Coordination of work with the clinic’s medical staff.

- Working with cash register, maintaining cash records;
Requirements:
- Experience in Dubai as an administrator or in a similar position from 1 year in clinics, VIP beauty salons, 5* hotels;
- Higher or specialized secondary education;
- Knowledge of RUSSIAN and ENGLISH languages at a high level (oral and written);
- Confident PC user, knowledge of medical programs;
- Excellent communication skills, competent oral and written speech;
- High level of responsibility, attentiveness and stress resistance;
- Benevolence, ability to work with demanding clients;
- Knowledge of medical record keeping protocols and VIP customer service standards.
Terms:
- Decent system of payment from 7000 AED + %
- Work schedule: 2/2, from 9:00 to 21:00;
- Official employment;
- After 3 months of work is provided with a medical package from the clinic;
