Here at The Wyldewoods, we are pleased to be on the lookout for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our team based in Chester. This is a part time role - 15-20 hours per week - shifts could be any time between the hours of 8am - 8pm. This position is paying £12.60.
You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for residents, their families and visitors. Your primary responsibilities include covering the front desk, providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls and inquiries, assisting residents with their needs, and supporting administrative tasks within the retirement village.
