Job Description:As an Administrator at Spergel, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions and ensuring the timely collection of necessary documents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing the onboarding process for new clients
  • Handling client inquiries and providing accurate information about our debt relief services
  • Collecting and organizing documents required for debt relief applications
  • Following up with clients who have not submitted necessary documents in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and updating client records in our database
  • Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth processing of client applications
  • Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services or debt relief industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
