Description

We are looking for a part-time Front desk administrator.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Booking/Confirming Appointments through Broker Bay, paging agents with details
  • Answer, Screen and forward telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Broker Load listings and make changes on the Toronto MLS
  • Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents
  • Greet clients, daily administration work, etc
  • Knowledge on MLS, Brokerbay, authentisign, and other Real Estate platform preferred.
  • Create digital and printed marketing material including eposters, printed postcard, signs, brochure, etc.
  • Manage social media channels on a daily basis: Instagram, Tiktok, etc. Bring in creative ideas to gain followers for our brokerage channels.
  • Create email blast with mailchimp
  • Manage company websites, update with new projects and information.

Qualifications:

  • Admin/Marketing Experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred
  • Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skill
  • Strong Ad writing skills and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital platforms
  • Familiar with Email blast Mailchimp.
  • Proficient in using design programs i.e. canva

Job Type: Part-time
