Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES:

· Liaising with engineers to gather information on required works and parts from appointments
· Ordering boiler spares and parts from local merchants
· Scheduling work for repair and maintenance engineers
· Inputting appointment data to our in-house IT system
· Updating clients with completed work reports
· Running the spares/parts store area in our offices

OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:

Basic admin duties including answering phone calls and data entry.
