We are currently seeking an Administrator Residency Program (AR) Intern to join our team of dynamic individuals dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to its residents and community. As the AR Intern you will receive the practical on-the-job training under the direct supervision of an experience Administrator in a skilled nursing environment as required by the Board to complete your AR Training. In preparation for leadership, we will help you to understanding of our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader. The program may include hands on training in all roles within the facility, shadowing in the field to learn our clinical product, and independent study of regulations and specific curriculum focused on becoming an exceptional operator. As required by the Board, this is a nine (9) month full time internship with a Bachelor’s degree. Six (6) months full time internship with a Master’s degree.
