Our client is seeking a Quality and Workflow Coordinator o join their team in Norwich, with the flexibility of hybrid working. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support existing colleagues in servicing a large multi-national, multi-product line portfolio of business. The successful candidate will contribute towards meeting internal targets in error reduction, quality checking, and processing across all product lines.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As aQuality and Workflow Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements using our document templates. You’ll adapt these based on information received from our clients and input from the broking team. You’ll also calculate applicable taxes using our tax tool and arrange for new clients to be set up on our systems. Your role will include effective control and management of internal targets in respect of workflow, contract certainty, premium warranties/payments, MRCE workflow, late signings. Additionally, you’ll monitor and track MRCE documents while reviewing and responding to queries emanating from Marsh Operations, internal colleagues, markets and clients.

  • Prepare Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements using document templates and adapt these based on information received from clients and input from the broking team
  • Calculate applicable taxes using our tax tool
