HEALTH AND ADULT SOCIAL CARE (HAS), PROVIDER SERVICE, LEARNING DISABILITY PROVISIONS
We are seeking to fill a number of roles to help us deliver our new vision for Health and Adults Services (HAS), in our in-house provisions for adults with Learning disabilities and Autism.

You will receive a comprehensive induction into the requirements of the role and care staff will be expected to complete the 15 Care Certificate standards within 6 months as part of their probationary period.
We are seeking to fill the following vacancies: -
X 1 ADMINISTRATOR – FULL TIME, 35 HRS. PER WEEK, (SCALE 6) £34,416-£35,448
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work within our newly built Royal Hill Independent Living Service. The property consists of a four bedded shared house and five independent self-contained flats.
This new service will signal a move away from traditional ways of working with adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism and will strive to embed the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in its approach to working with this group.
Residents within the shared unit will be supported to prepare for a move to their own front door within an 18-month period. Our staff team will be key to making independent living achievable and sustainable.
If you have experience in working with adults, assisting them to be as independent as possible using a strength-based approach, are familiar with the use of modern technologies, tenancy management and community engagement then we would like to hear from you.
You will need to possess effective communication skills, the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders and an empowering approach to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism to reach their full potential and aspirations in relation to independent living, adult education and paid employment.
