ABOUT US:

Medovino Imports is a national wine agency based in Port Credit, Mississauga, representing premium wine producers from around the world. We work with private clients, restaurants, and liquor boards across Canada. As we continue to grow, we are seeking two experienced and detail-oriented Administrator / Sales Coordinators to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Administrator / Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinate sales operations across our national distribution network. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably the wine, beverage alcohol sector, and will be highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Must be comfortable handling, tasting, and discussing and drinking wine (must drink wine)

  • Must live within 10 km of Port Credit, Mississauga

· 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role
· Previous experience in the wine or beverage alcohol industry strongly preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Citrix and order systems an asset
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
· Familiarity with LCBO or other Canadian liquor boards is a plus

Responsibilities

· Process sales orders and invoicing
· Schedule and coordinate couriers and deliveries
· Maintain and update customer and product databases
· Place and manage product orders using Citrix
· Assist with inventory management
· Prepare sales reports, presentations, and submissions to liquor boards
· Support account managers with customer inquiries and administrative follow-ups
· Coordinate tastings and samples; maintain sample inventory
· Prepare marketing and promotional materials
· Ensure accuracy in pricing, listings, and sales-related documentation
· General office administration and support
· Occasionally lift and move wine boxes (up to 40 pounds)
