POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to support our team and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanata. You’ll be someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and brings a positive, team-oriented mindset to everything you do. You should also be comfortable on the phone, trustworthy, and able to travel around the city if needed.

Responsibilities
  • Answer emails and make client and vendor calls as needed
  • Input and manage data for listings, clients, and contacts
  • Maintain digital and physical file organization
  • Keep track of paperwork and compliance for all transactions
  • Support the Business Manager and Owner with day-to-day tasks
  • Prepare documents and marketing materials
  • Social media posts and account management
  • Assist with client appreciation events & track RSVPs
  • Help keep the team organized and on track
