Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join us as soon as possible who will provide administrative support to our Steelwork Inspection Department.

Responsibilities:

  • general administrative support including invoicing and finalising reports for clients
  • data entry and typing
  • recording incoming samples for testing
  • make travel, hotel and meeting arrangements
  • directing telephone enquiries to appropriate teams and assisting customers
  • greeting and assisting visitors to our labs

This is a Monday to Friday role working at our office in Clapham.
