JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative/secretarial skills and have experience in an office environment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, and maintaining effective communication within the office, liaising closely with the Company Director.
This is a part time role approximately 24 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, hours are primarily 9am - 3pm. There is a little flexibility with these hours and days, would perhaps suit someone thinking of returning to work or wishing to reduce their working hours.

SKILLS

  • Proven office experience with a strong administrative background.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good clerical experience that demonstrates familiarity with office procedures.
